Now wrap the meat with cling film or a bag, which is then well beaten. Wrap the meat so that when beating, do not cut it through. Do not think that after that you will not pull the film from the meat, unless you beat with great force and get the meat porridge, you probably will not remove it. Then carefully beat the meat reveal the package (film) and coat the meat with salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
  2. Mushrooms are good for stuffing. Fry them with chopped onions and leave to cool. When the filling cools, grate the cheese and finely chopped greens.
