Meat rolls with mushrooms

That we all cook snacks and appetizers, let's move on to second courses. Today I want to offer you a meatloaf with mushrooms. Its preparation will take you a long time and take a little energy, but as a result you will get a very hearty, soft, juicy and fragrant meat "dessert". Your guests will deliver 5+ in the evening, and you will deserve it if you follow my instructions. Undoubtedly, if you try it once, you will definitely do it again, but I advise my friends to try this dish.

Ingredients

• Pork loin-1 kg .;
• Mushrooms-250-300 r .;
• Onions-1 piece;
• Cheese-100 g;
• Greens-bunch;
• Garlic-1 tooth;
• Spices

Directions

1. To begin with, the meat is washed and dried. Then make a deep incision along the piece of meat to half the thickness. Then make incisions to the left and right, also look, so as not to break the meat. The wall thickness should remain 7-8 mm. Then, as we open the book, we will do the same with the meat. Now wrap the meat with cling film or a bag, which is then well beaten. Wrap the meat so that when beating, do not cut it through. Do not think that after that you will not pull the film from the meat, unless you beat with great force and get the meat porridge, you probably will not remove it. Then carefully beat the meat reveal the package (film) and coat the meat with salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
2. Mushrooms are good for stuffing. Fry them with chopped onions and leave to cool. When the filling cools, grate the cheese and finely chopped greens.
3. Here the meat waited for his turn. Spread the filling, which consists of mushrooms, then turn into a roll. To make the roll look beautiful, watch how you spread the mushrooms. It is necessary that the meat strictly covers them on all sides.
4. As we know, so that the roll does not fall apart, tie it with string and put in a bag for baking.
5. The roll is baked for about an hour and a half. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Then remove the package and put the meat to brown for another 20-30 minutes
