Meat salad with kiwi

Recipe for a delicious salad with kiwi from boiled meat, vegetables and cheese. The combination of meat with kiwi makes the salad hearty and original.

Ingredients

• 150 g boiled meat (chicken or pork)
• 1 cucumber
• 1 carrot
• 100 g hard cheese
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 kiwi
• mayonnaise - to taste
• salt - to taste

Directions

1. Meat and cucumber cut into small cubes.
2. Grate cheese and carrots.
3. Mince the garlic.
4. Combine the prepared products, salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise.
5. Put the salad in a pile on a plate, sprinkle with kiwi sliced \u200b\u200bin small cubes.
6. Decorate the kiwi salad with meat and herbs.
