  2. Peel the pumpkin, cut into large pieces, transfer to a saucepan. Pour water into the pot to cover the pumpkin. Cook pumpkin for 20 minutes, until soft. Then cool the pumpkin.
  3. Boiled beef and pumpkin cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into small plates, small mushrooms can simply be cut in half. Leave a few mushrooms to decorate the salad.
  5. Peel the red onion and cut into half rings. Set aside some onions for garnish.
  6. Combine mushrooms, beef, pumpkin and onion in a bowl.
  7. Add canned beans without liquid.
  8. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Mix salad.
  10. Garnish the meat salad with pumpkin, canned beans and mushrooms with the remaining mushrooms and onions. Add chopped herbs if desired.
