The meat is soft and juicy, I even make this roll for the holiday table. We do not need an oven, we do everything in a pan.

  1. Mix all the spices. You can take not only these, but also your favorites.
  2. The meat is washed and dried with paper towels, tied with string.
  3. Put the meat in a saucepan, add water, salt and spices, garlic, bay leaf and all spices to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1.40 minutes.
  5. Cool the meat in the broth, then remove and dry with paper towels.
  6. Mix any spices and crushed garlic, aromatic herbs and rub a piece of meat.
  7. Wrap it in parchment and send overnight in the refrigerator.
  8. The next day we get a very tasty snack, which we cut into slices and serve.
