Minced meat roll with eggs and sausages. All this is wrapped in smoked bacon, which gives a special taste and makes all the juices stay inside. Very tasty, soft meat roll that does not fall apart during slicing.

  1. Prepare the filling. Boil the eggs cool, cut into cubes and add to the grated cheese on a vegetable grater. Mix everything with mayonnaise and horseradish, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Soak the stale bun in milk until soft. Mix minced meat with eggs, finely chopped onions, chopped garlic, squeezed bun and all spices. Spread the meat on cling film and form a rectangle measuring about 25 x 30 cm. Smooth the surface and apply the egg filling, leaving a little free space on the long edge. Lay the sausage on the other end and roll tightly into a roll, using cling film. Put the meat wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  3. Unwrap the chilled meat from the film and wrap in slices of smoked bacon. Prepared to insert into the oven preheated to 200 * s and bake for about 50 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting the roll.
