  1. First of all, boil rice in slightly salted water until tender. If you digest it a little, it's okay.
  2. Scroll the meat, along with half an onion and soaked bread through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly together with a raw egg.
  3. We clean the hard-boiled eggs, chop them finely. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix boiled rice, eggs and cheese. You can add some chopped dry or fresh herbs.
  4. We cover the table with cling film or foil and spread the prepared minced meat in a rectangular layer, about 1 cm thick.
  5. Now we spread the filling on the meat layer. You can leave it only in the center, or it can be leveled over the entire surface of the meat layer, leaving free space on one edge.
  6. And we form a roll, twisting it tightly. Seal the edges of the roll and form an even thick sausage.
  7. We will bake the roll closed in foil. Wrap the roll tightly in foil, twist the ends. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then open the top of the roll.
  8. Pour the juice over the roll, which stood out from it during baking and send it back to the oven for another 15-20 minutes to form a golden brown crust.
