A very simple and very popular salad in Spain - in the hot season, it can, perhaps, replace a full meal.

  1. Harvesting lettuce is very easy.
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
  3. Cut tomatoes and onions. Onions - straws, tomatoes - slices.
  4. Put them on lettuce leaves.
  5. Carrots, cut into strips, send to vegetables.
  6. Egg, cut into slices - there too.
  7. We spread canned tuna (no more than a tablespoon per serving) and a little bit of sweet corn.
  8. Add olives - the assembly of the salad is finished.
  9. Let's get to the sauce.
  10. Olive oil.
  11. Vinegar.
  12. Mustard.
  13. 5-10 seconds of work with a whisk - and the emulsion is ready.
  14. Dress the salad with dressing, add salt and coarsely ground pepper - and voila!
