Melon and avocado salad

  1. We cut the melon into pieces of the size you like - but I advise you not to chop too small.
  2. Thinly chop the nuts and fry them a little in a pan.
  3. Making the sauce. Rub the zest of 1/2 orange, squeeze the juice from half of the orange, mix with two tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Finely chop the mint leaves and add to the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cut the peeled avocado into thin slices.
  6. Mix the melon with avocado, pour over the sauce.
  7. Add the fried nuts there, mix thoroughly but gently.
  8. Basically, the salad is ready - it can be served garnished with fresh mint leaves.
  9. However, I recommend letting the salad sit for at least 10-15 minutes for it to “hold together” and soak. Bon Appetit!
