Melon and banana ice cream

This vegan melon ice cream will appeal to even the most ardent fans of fat.

Ingredients

• Ripe melon (pulp) - 250 g;
• Ripe banana - 250 g;
• Natural yogurt - 150 g

Directions

1. Slice the melon and banana, and send in a blender to obtain a puree.
2. Add yogurt and beat thoroughly again.
3. Send the resulting mass to the freezer. After 30-40 minutes, remove the dessert and beat thoroughly with a blender. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times. When it becomes difficult to do, leave it in the freezer until completely solidified.
