Melon and raspberry drink

In the summer heat, I suggest you prepare a traditional Mexican drink from melon puree. A very successful combination of sweet melon, sour citrus juice and fresh raspberry flavors. Enjoy!

  1. We need: melon, raspberry, lemon. Wash the melon, remove the seeds with a tablespoon.
  2. Cut the melon into slices, remove the peel. Grind the pulp in a blender. Strain the melon puree through a fine sieve, pressing down on the puree with a rubber spatula.
  3. Add lemon (or lime) juice, sugar to taste if the melon is unsweetened. Stir. Serve with fresh raspberries and plenty of ice. Bon Appetit!
