This wonderful dish is perfect for both children and adults. It is very healthy for the stomach, has a low calorie content and can be included in the diet. It's also easy to cook.

  1. Wash the pumpkin, peel, cut into slices. After that, it is easy to peel off it. Now the pumpkin needs to be cut into medium cubes.
  2. Sort the groats and rinse under water so that the water becomes clear.
  3. Put pumpkin and cereal in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour in about 1 glass of water. Keep on medium heat until half cooked, at least 10 minutes.
  4. Lightly salt the resulting mixture, add sugar to taste (at least 1 tablespoon), pour in milk and mix.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes until fully cooked. Now the soup needs to be slightly cooled, poured into plates, put half a spoonful of butter in each, and serve while still warm. All your household will be delighted!
