Minced meat and rice hedgehogs

A very simple, hearty and tasty dish! It's a great idea to feed not only adults, but also children with meat. I hope you enjoy my version of hedgehogs!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.
  2. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out the juice and add to the minced meat. Chop or grate the onion with a coarse grater and add to the minced meat with zucchini. Dissolve the starch in water and add to the minced meat. Add washed rice, any freshly minced herbs, oil, salt and spices to taste.
  3. Stir the minced meat well until smooth. Form small balls (whatever size you want) and place in an oiled steaming container. Steam for about 50 minutes. I cooked in a multicooker, but any steamer will work.
  4. Minced meat and rice hedgehogs are ready. Bon Appetit!
