Miso soup is a traditional Japanese dish suitable for healthy eating. In Japan, this soup is prepared for breakfast and throughout the day. Easy to prepare recipe. Ingredients: dashi, miso, tofu.

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add dashi granules and stir until smooth.
  2. Switch the stove to medium heat and add the tofu to the soup.
  3. Add a little water to the dried seaweed and wait until it gets soaked. Squeeze out excess water and add the seaweed to the soup pot. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Place the miso paste in a bowl. Scoop half a ladle of dashi broth and add to the miso bowl. Stir the broth and paste until smooth.
  5. Turn off heat, add miso paste to broth and stir well. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Bon Appetit!
