A simple champignon salad recipe may sound strange, but it really tastes good! Such a salad is not only tastier, but also more aesthetically pleasing, more original than some mayonnaise mushroom salad.

Ingredients

  1. Wash the champignons, dry with a paper napkin.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  3. Mix honey, olive oil, wine vinegar and salt.
  4. Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan for a minute.
  5. Place mushroom slices beautifully on a salad dish, sprinkle with pine nuts.
  6. Top with honey dressing.
  7. It remains only to sprinkle the salad with fresh thyme leaves. Done! ;)
