Cook buckwheat soba noodles with these mushrooms and vegetables - they are perfect for each other.

  1. Cut the carrots into cubes. In broccoli, cut the bottom of the stem, peel the remaining stem and cut into small cubes. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and place them together with the carrots in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Place on a sieve.
  2. Remove stiff legs from oyster mushrooms. Tear large caps into 2-3 parts.
  3. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Chop the white part of the green onion separately. Cut the green part obliquely into pieces of about 2.5 cm.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add ginger, green onion and mushrooms, sauté over high heat, 3 minutes.
  5. Add carrots and broccoli, pour in 2 tbsp. l. water and oyster sauce, stir, cook for 2 minutes. Add green onions, cook for 1 min. Serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
