  1. Navaga carcasses must first be cut. Separate the head and gut the abdomen, pull out the insides. Rinse the inside of the fish well.
  2. Choose fairly large potato tubers. Peel them and cut into large circles. Rub the fish with salt and spice mixture, rosemary and coriander. And on the potatoes, you can sprinkle a special seasoning or just salt with black ground pepper.
  3. Place a piece of foil on a baking sheet and place the navaga carcasses and potato slices on it. Sprinkle the fish and potatoes with vegetable oil and cover everything with a second sheet of foil, wrap the edges and pierce the top foil in several places.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet in there and bake for about 20 minutes. After that, remove the foil and let the dish bake for another 5 minutes. The potatoes should be crusty. The dish can then be laid out on plates.
