Nice Shrimp and Pineapple Salad

Shrimp and pineapple salad is a great choice for any holiday table. The aroma and taste of vegetables is combined with juicy pineapple and exquisite seafood.
If you want a more hearty salad, add pearl barley or bulgur to it.

  1. Clean the shrimp, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with curry.
  2. Boil the green beans (about 4 minutes).
  3. Wash and clean vegetables.
  4. Cut beans, lettuce and green onions into smaller pieces, tomatoes into quarters, cucumbers into slices, pineapple into cubes.
  5. Fry the shrimp in a pan in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Then add butter, melt and set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Serve in a salad bowl or in portions in tartillas.
