Noodles with soft creamy sauce

Ingredients

  1. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the onion into the hot pan, fry, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic to the skillet, sprinkle with the curry powder and cumin, mix well, and sauté the onion until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add minced meat to the pan, fry until pink, 6-8 minutes. During frying, break the pieces of minced meat with the edge of a spoon.
  4. Add sour cream, milk, 1/4 cup raisins and sugar to the mince mixture. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles in a colander, let the water drain and arrange on serving plates. Put the sour cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining raisins and nuts.
