As a child, my mother gave me dried fruits and nuts with her to school for an exam or test. After all, they are a real energy cocktail for the brain. Let's make a healthy treat out of these products!

  1. Chop the nuts into small pieces. Combine them with cereal. Fry the mixture in a preheated skillet for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, add salt, cinnamon and wheat.
  2. Transfer the nut mixture to a bowl. Put chopped dates, honey, water, vanillin, nut butter in the same frying pan.
  3. Cook the mixture for a couple of minutes, stirring, until a uniform consistency is obtained.
  4. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Form balls from the sweet mass. Dip them in coconut flakes.
  6. Serve the candy balls to the table by chilling in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy!
