  1. Combine oatmeal, oatmeal, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Add a jar of applesauce and stir until combined.
  3. Roll the dough into balls about the size of one tablespoon. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  4. Use a fork or hand whisk to flatten the balls.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove the biscuits from the sheet and serve warm or chilled.
