This wonderful soup is simply a panacea for your stomach, overall health and natural body cleansing. It is equally useful for adults and children of all ages. Most importantly, it is delicious.

  1. We wash and clean all the vegetables. Separately, wash the greens, let them drain well and chop not very finely.
  2. Cut potatoes into medium cubes, carrots into strips or smaller cubes, onions - as small as possible.
