An omelette snack with a delicate liver pâté, in the form of a roll. Preparing an omelet roll with filling is easy and fast enough. The filling can be replaced with any other, if you don't like the liver. It turns out pretty cute rolls, looks beautiful on a plate.

  1. Fry onions, carrots in vegetable oil, add liver and fry until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grind the liver (with the oil used to fried the liver and vegetables) until a paste is formed. Cool down.
  3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, season with salt to taste and beat until foamy with a mixer.
  4. Add ¼ tsp to kefir. soda and mix, add flour, beat.
  5. Add kefir to eggs and beat with a mixer, add ¼ tsp. soda and beat with a mixer.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and oiled with vegetable oil.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, about 20 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick.
  9. Pull the finished roll off the baking sheet on parchment, cover with parchment on top and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer the omelet to cling film, grease with pate, do not grease the edge (2 cm) of the omelet.
  11. Wrap the omelet tightly in a roll, wrap in plastic wrap and put the filled omelet roll in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  12. Cut the roll into pieces and place on a dish.
