Omelet roll with meat and beets

I put any filling in an omelet roll, and I definitely add something useful. I added beets to this meat filling - the bright roll flew away in one go.

Ingredients

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry with the minced meat. Salt.
  2. Grate the beets.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the eggs gently but thoroughly. Do not whisk, but stir with a fork or whisk.
  5. Heat the pan well, brush with vegetable oil.
  6. Pour about 1/4 of the eggs into the pan, spread the egg mass evenly over the entire bottom.
  7. Place 1/3 of the meat on the pancake immediately.
  8. And roll into a roll.
  9. Move the omelet roll to the other side of the pan. Pour the same amount of egg mass into the empty part of the pan. Let the eggs flow under the roll.
  10. Put some of the minced meat again and roll it up. Move the roll back to the opposite side of the pan.
  11. Pour in half of the remaining egg mass, place the remaining minced meat and beets on top of it. Roll up. Move to the opposite side of the pan.
  12. Pour the remaining eggs onto an empty part of the pan, roll them up.
  13. Transfer the finished egg roll with meat and beets to a plate.
  14. Cut the omelet roll into slices and serve.
