The recipe for an unusual omelet with apples and cinnamon. Such an omelet is very similar to pancakes or even apple pie, only much less fiddling with it. An omelet with apples turns out to be juicy, fluffy, tasty and very aromatic.

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Pour sugar and salt into the yolks.
  3. Beat well with a whisk or fork.
  4. Pour in milk and beat again.
  5. Sift the flour through a sieve directly into a bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Peel the apples and cut them into thin small slices.
  7. Put the apple slices in the resulting mass and mix.
  8. Beat the whites separately using a mixer until firm foam.
  9. We introduce proteins in portions into the omelet mass, gently stirring.
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the omelet mixture. Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  11. Sprinkle the finished omelet with apples with sugar and cinnamon and serve. Bon Appetit!
