Omelet with cheese filling

Tired of your regular omelette? I propose to diversify this dish. An omelet with cheese is prepared just as quickly and easily, but it turns out to be original and very tasty. Excellent breakfast with a minimal set of products.

Ingredients

  1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper, then beat the eggs lightly with a fork or at low speed of the mixer.
  3. Cut the cheese into thin rectangular pieces, about 3x5 cm in size. You will need 9 pieces (3 pieces for every 2 eggs).
  4. Preheat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. The diameter of my pan is 24 cm. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, reduce the heat and wait about 2 minutes until the bottom "grabs".
  5. Put 3 slices of cheese in the middle of the omelet. Put 1/3 of the butter on top of the cheese.
  6. Tuck the omelet with a spatula or fork on two opposite sides, covering the cheese.
  7. Next, turn the two remaining sides of the omelet inward to form an envelope.
  8. Then turn over the cheese omelet envelope and fry for about a minute.
  9. We prepare the rest of the omelet with cheese in the same way.
  10. Put the finished omelet envelopes with cheese on a plate and serve warm.
