An omelet is the perfect breakfast. Fast, satisfying and nutritious. I am sharing a recipe for omelet with mushrooms - one of hundreds of variations of this classic morning dish.

  1. In a frying pan in olive oil, fry finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped champignons, mix.
  3. Fry onion with mushrooms until mushrooms are cooked, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add sour cream.
  5. Stir, cook for another minute and remove from heat.
  6. Beat eggs with a whisk with a little salt. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  8. We are waiting for the eggs to grab.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet over medium heat until cooked.
  10. Put the finished omelet on a plate, put mushrooms on half of it, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  11. Cover the mushrooms with the other half of the omelet and serve. Bon Appetit!
