Delicious and balanced breakfast - omelet with oatmeal and Peking cabbage, green onion and fresh dill filling. A simple and nutritious meal that will provide energy for the whole day!

Ingredients

  1. Chop the Chinese cabbage with medium short strips and put in a bowl.
  2. We wash the green onions, dry them and chop finely with a knife. We send onions to cabbage.
  3. We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife. We also add dill to cabbage.
  4. Salt and stir.
  5. Combine eggs, salt and pepper in a separate deep bowl.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour in milk.
  8. Mix again.
  9. Add oatmeal.
  10. We mix.
  11. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  12. Reduce heat to low, cover and prepare an omelet with oatmeal for about 3-4 minutes, until the egg mass hardens.
  13. Gently turn the omelet over to the other side and cook without a lid for about 1-2 minutes, until golden.
  14. Then put Chinese cabbage with herbs on one half of the omelet.
  15. Using a spatula, fold the omelet in half so that the cabbage is inside.
  16. The omelet with oatmeal and Chinese cabbage filling is ready.
