Omelet with sausages, tomatoes and cheese

Even an ordinary dish can be prepared in an interesting and original way. This omelet with sausages, cheese and tomato is a great confirmation of this. And it will take very little time and effort to prepare such an omelet. Simple, fast and delicious!

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes and onions.
  2. Peel the sausages, boil in boiling water for about 5 minutes and cool slightly.
  3. Break the eggs into a cup and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour in milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Melt 1/3 of the butter in a skillet. Then pour ⅓ of the egg mass into a frying pan and distribute evenly. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the omelet. Cover the pan with the lid again and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Place the sausages in the middle of the omelet along the entire length. It took me 1⅓ sausages.
  8. Cut the tomato into strips. Place ⅓ of the chopped tomato along the side of the sausage.
  9. Cover the tomato sausage with one side of the omelet.
  10. Then cover with the opposite side of the omelet and place on a plate.
  11. Make two more filled omelette rolls in the same way.
  12. Sprinkle each omelet with finely chopped green onions.
  13. An omelet with sausages, tomatoes and cheese is ready.
