Cut a pancake with fruit and eat immediately with ice cream. The combination is incredible!

  1. First, make pancakes. Whisk eggs, 150 ml milk, sugar, and salt. Gradually add flour and stir until all lumps are separated.
  2. Pour in the remaining milk, stirring. Bring the dough to the desired consistency. If the dough is thick, you can add more milk, if too thin - sow flour. Finally, add the oil and stir again.
  3. Take a large diameter frying pan, preferably non-stick, and grease it with oil. Grease only before the first pancake, the other so as not to burn will be enough of what has already been added to the dough.
  4. Fry thin pancakes.
  5. Peel the fruit, and cut it into small cubes. Mix everything in a bowl and season with lemon juice. If you want to make the filling sweeter, add a spoonful of sugar.
  6. Wrap the pancakes in an envelope. Put fruit on top, you can also decorate with chocolate or fruit topping. Put ice cream and whipped cream side by side.
