  1. Soak gelatin in cold water for 15 minutes. Cut the persimmon into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, combine milk, vanilla and milk. Bring the liquid to a boil and remove the vanilla pod. Also remove the milk froth. Add sugar. Simmer everything over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then cool into the mixture. Add gelatin to it. Stir until dissolved. Place the persimmon on the bottom of the serving dish. Pour the creamy mixture over it.
  4. Refrigerate panna kota for 5 hours. Garnish with chopped nuts and cinnamon when serving. Enjoy your tasting!
