An excellent meatless pasta dish with mushrooms. Fast and tasty.

Wash mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Put 2.5 liters of water to boil.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.
Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Put the onion into the hot oil. Simmer, stirring, over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Simmer mushrooms, stirring, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices.
The water boiled. Salt. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Lay out the paste. Bring to a boil while stirring. Cook until done according to instructions.
Drain cooked pasta into a colander. Let the water drain.
Add pasta to mushrooms. Mix. You can add dried basil to the pasta with champignons to taste.
Mushroom pasta is ready.
