Making a hearty egg pasta dish is simple and easy with this recipe. It turns out an appetizing pasta casserole with fresh herbs.

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add some salt. We send pasta to boiling water. Bring to a boil again, stirring occasionally. After boiling, we reduce the fire. Cook until cooked according to the instructions on the package. Then we put the pasta in a colander so that all the water is glass.
  2. While the pasta is boiling, let's prepare the egg filling. We break eggs into convenient dishes.
  3. Add spices: in our case, we use salt and ground black pepper.
  4. We wash the fresh herbs, dry them. Chop finely. You can use dill, green onions, or parsley. Add greens to the eggs.
  5. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  6. We turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  7. Then, with a mixer or a whisk, beat the eggs with spices, herbs and mayonnaise. You should get a homogeneous egg mass.
  8. Grease the walls and bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil. We transfer the pasta to the form.
  9. Fill the pasta with the prepared egg mass.
  10. We put the form in a preheated oven.
  11. Bake pasta with egg for 10-15 minutes. The egg mass should be completely baked and covered with a crust.
  12. Baked pasta with egg filling is ready.
  13. We serve pasta with egg to the table for lunch or dinner. Bon Appetit!
