For a birthday, anniversary or any other holiday, the best snack of all time is pickled mushrooms. There are so many options for their preparation that it is difficult to choose, so I offer you my own.

  1. So, we wash the mushrooms in running water several times and put them in a colander. Then put the mushrooms in a saucepan and fill with water, cook for about 25-30 minutes.
  2. While the mushrooms are boiling, prepare the marinade, for this we pour a liter of water into a saucepan, add all the spices, dill, salt and sugar, cook the marinade for 5-7 minutes. Then pour in vegetable oil and cook for 7-9 minutes still. While the marinade is being prepared, pour boiling water over hot peppers twice.
  3. Now, using a slotted spoon, we put the mushrooms in sterilized jars, add hot pepper, garlic and vinegar essence, fill everything with marinade. We close the cans tightly with lids, turn them upside down and leave them to cool completely. We store the mushrooms in a dark and cool place.
