Pickled honey mushrooms without vinegar

This recipe does not require much effort from you, everything about everything will take you one hour of time. Pickled honey mushrooms are a very good snack for every day or even for a festive table.

  1. We sort out the mushrooms and thoroughly rinse them under water. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for another 7-8 minutes. We drain the "first" water, fill it with fresh water and let the mushrooms boil for 20 minutes. We discard the mushrooms in a colander.
  2. We put a saucepan with cold water on the fire, per liter of water - 1 tbsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, also put bay leaves, cloves and a few cloves of garlic. Bring to a boil and add 1 tbsp. citric acid.
  3. Add honey mushrooms to the marinade.
  4. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. We put the mushrooms in sterilized jars and fill them with marinade. Pour in a little vegetable oil on top. We close the banks and let them cool down. Bon Appetit!
