  2. Cut carrots into thin slices.

  5. Pour water, vinegar, sugar, olive oil into a saucepan. Boil.
  6. Pour marinade over vegetables. Add red pepper to taste, stir. Cover the salad with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  7. Serve the finished salad to the table.
