Pickled tuna with herbs

Here is a very simple recipe, preferably for a barbecue, but can be made in the kitchen as well.

Ingredients

  1. Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of 1 lime, salt and pepper into a dish.
  2. Wash, dry and chop 1 bunch of coriander and 1 handful of fresh mint leaves. Add to a dish and stir.
  3. Preparing fresh tuna fillets: Wash and dry with a towel. Cut into pieces, put in a platter with marinade and mix well. Salt and pepper again, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour (this can be done the day before).
  4. Barbecue not too close to the fire, and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
