Pike perch is a wonderful commercial fish with delicious white flesh and few bones. You can simply fry it or come up with a more complicated dish. For example, bake in sour cream with potatoes.

  1. Peel the pike perch, gut, remove the head and fins. Then wash.
  2. Cut the fish into pieces.
  3. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Place in a baking dish. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Peel, wash and chop the onion. Place on top of potatoes.
  5. Put slices of pike perch on the onion, salt.
  6. Brush the fish with sour cream.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and send to the oven, preheated to 185-190 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes, then remove the foil and keep the pike perch in the oven for another 7-10 minutes to brown a little.
