I want to offer you an interesting recipe for cooking pike perch. You can cook it in the oven or steamed - it all depends on your preferences. Well, the result will be amazing anyway!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the bell pepper from seeds, wash and cut into half rings.
  2. Wash broccoli, dry and disassemble into inflorescences. The stem can be cut into plates.
  3. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet (or in a steamer dish). Arrange the broccoli blossoms neatly in the center.
  4. Place the washed pike perch fillet on top. Then add the chopped leeks.
  5. Put the bell peppers and thyme sprigs in the last layer. Wrap the edges of the parchment like a candy wrapper. Leave the top ajar (to allow steam to escape from the fish).
  6. Place a sweet pepper next to it - you can use it for decoration.
  7. Steam the dish for 20 minutes or in the oven until tender (add olive oil to avoid overdrying the fish). In the meantime, you can prepare the sauce. Combine soy sauce, runny honey, and olive oil. Pour the sauce over the fish 10 minutes after the start of cooking (stewing).
  8. Cut the bell peppers and serve with the fish. Bon Appetit!
