Pilaf with honey agarics

Pilaf is cooked with anything - even with mushrooms. Of course, this dish tastes like pilaf only remotely, but the principle of preparation is the same, that's why I call this taste - pilaf with honey agarics.

  1. Chop the onion and simmer in a pan until half cooked in oil.
  2. Add finely chopped carrots to it. We bring it to readiness, reduce the heat.
  3. Pre-thawed mushrooms are thrown to the vegetables. Fry.
  4. We are waiting for the excess liquid from the mushrooms to leave, then add tomato paste, salt, before and spices to taste. We simmer on low heat.
  5. Meanwhile, rinse the rice, put it in a saucepan with thick walls.
  6. Fill with two glasses of water. We add our mixture there. We send to the oven until the rice is cooked. We take out the finished pilaf with mushrooms from the oven and serve. Bon Appetit! ;)
