Pineapple and corn salad with horseradish

Quick spicy pineapple salad. Tasty!

Ingredients

• Canned corn - 300 g
• Canned pineapple - 500 g
• Green onions - 1 bunch
• Eggs - 5 pcs.
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Mayonnaise (to taste)
• Horseradish sauce (to taste)

Directions

1. Boil the eggs until tender, peel, cut into cubes.
2. Cut pineapple into pieces.
3. Open a can of corn, drain the liquid.
4. Chop green onions.
5. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Salt. Spice up. Dress salad with pineapple and corn with mayonnaise and horseradish sauce.
