  13. Stir and add a tablespoon of cream cheese. Who wants maximum tenderness, can add two.
  14. Let the cheese melt even more, again mix all the rich flavors in the pan. And add one tablespoon of flour.
  15. Sour cream gave us a snow-white color, the cheese gave a creamy tenderness, and the flour glued it all together. Now stir constantly until thickened.
  16. When the fricassee thickens, you can turn off the stove and take the parsley. After grinding, put it in a pan.
  17. Now we can say with confidence: our Fricassee is ready! You can serve with anything. I personally like to serve this creamy taste with buckwheat.
