Pork at home is a very nutritious, tasty and absolutely easy to prepare dish, which is on the same level with kebabs in terms of taste, but is prepared at home very quickly and easily.   1. Wash the pork thoroughly under running cold water, then pat dry with a cotton towel. Sprinkle a whole piece of meat with coarse salt. Then peel the garlic and run it through a garlic press, you can also cut with a knife into small pieces. Rub the meat on all sides with the resulting garlic mass. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.
  2. In the middle of the meat put an oblong piece of lard, so the dish will be much juicier. If desired, you can exclude this ingredient. Now try to wrap the lard in a piece of meat and secure with a thin rope or thread, folded several times, on all sides. Tear the bay leaves into medium pieces with your hands and sprinkle the pork on all sides. This will give the baked pork an unforgettable flavor.
  3. Preheat oven to 200C, twisted meat is placed in a baking bag, put on a baking sheet and send in the oven for several hours. Check the readiness of the dish with a fork or knife. If the juice flows transparently, then the meat is ready. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Then remove all ropes or threads, as well as pieces of bay leaf.
  4. It is customary to serve this dish cold, but some prefer hot pork, so you can try both. This dish goes well with a glass of good red wine, for example for a romantic dinner.
