Aromatic meat with a bright taste will decorate any table. One option is to cook pork carbonate in foil with apples and spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To make the meat juicy and with a rich taste, it is recommended to leave it in the marinade in advance: add allspice (1 pea), 2 tbsp. l. salt, 3 bay leaves. Pre-boil the liquid, cool and keep the meat in the resulting composition for 2 hours.
  2. Divide garlic cloves into 2-4 parts. Make shallow incisions in the meat and stuff the cavities with garlic.
  3. Generously smear the tenderloin with mustard, roll in a mixture of spices. Tie a piece of thread to get a rounded cut after cooking.
  4. Apples cut into thin slices.
  5. Spread the foil and place half of the apples on it.
  6. Place the pork on the fruit. The remaining pieces of fruit are placed on the sides and top, completely cover the products with foil so that there are no gaps and holes.
  7. Send the wrapped meat in a glass or ceramic baking dish.
  8. Keep in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook the pork for another 50-60 minutes.
