  8. In a preheated pan, pouring a little vegetable oil, spread the chops. Fry over medium heat.
  9. Periodically raising the chop with a fork, check the readiness for color. When the color turns gold, turn to the other side.
  10. Fry in the same way the reverse side of the chop. Spread on paper towels to remove excess fat.
