Peel and finely chop the onion. Crush, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Put yogurt in a blender bowl, add peeled and chopped onions and garlic, then lemon juice and seasoning for barbecue. Grind until smooth.

In lemons, cut the "buttocks", cut the lemons lengthwise into 6-8 pieces, carefully remove the stones. Serve the chops hot, with herbs and lemon.
