Add vinegar and stir for a few minutes. Add tomato paste, broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Check from time to time and add a little boiling water if necessary (goulash should be moderately liquid).
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Add tomatoes to the goulash. Stir. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. Cut the onion into rings and place on top. Sprinkle pork goulash with parsley.
