  1. Take the pork, thoroughly washed under cold running water, and then spread on paper towels to dry. When the pork is dry, place it on a wooden board and cut it into small portions with a sharp knife. Then put the pieces of pork in a bowl, mix well with mayonnaise, ketchup, and a little salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours
  2. We take the potato, wash it thoroughly under running water with a brush, then pour it into a deep pan, pour cold water so that it completely covers all our potatoes. Put the pan on high heat. Add a little salt and wait until the water boils. When the water boils, cover the pan with a lid and then cook our potatoes in a uniform until cooked for 20-30 minutes. Then check the readiness of the potatoes with a wooden toothpick, if the potatoes are ready - cool it either naturally or under cold running water. Chilled potatoes are peeled with a knife and rubbed on a large grater in a separate bowl.
  3. Take the onion, peel it with a sharp knife, wash thoroughly under running water and cut very finely on a cutting board. Pour the chopped onion into a separate bowl.
  4. Wash the tomatoes under water, pour into a small saucepan, pour boiling water from the kettle for 3-4 minutes, then remove one by one from the pan and remove the skin with a knife. Peeled tomatoes are cut into not very thick slices on a cutting board.
  5. Rub hard cheese on a large grater and pour into a saucer or plate.
  6. Pre-prepared washed and dry baking dish carefully grease with vegetable oil with a special cooking brush and lay out the following layers of our dish.
  7. So, the first layer is spread our marinated pork (along with our mayonnaise-ketchup sauce). Then cover the top of the pork with chopped onions and put the grated mashed potatoes on top. Add a little salt to the potatoes on top. On top of all this, sprinkle with cheese and last as close as possible to each other spread sliced ​​tomato slices. Finally, sprinkle everything carefully with a small amount of ground black pepper and some seasoning.

  9. Remove the finished dish from the oven, place on a wooden stand for hot dishes. Cover the top with a waffle kitchen towel and give the dish a little rest for 10 minutes. Then cut the dish into individual portions, which are laid out on a serving platter. Everything is ready - you can serve.
