Pork in a multicooker is not only a tasty and juicy meat dish, but also a dish that will not take you much time. Pork can be cooked without worries and hassles, because we first marinate the meat for several hours, and then put it in a multicooker, turn on the desired mode and can cook a side dish while our pork is simmered and soaked in fragrant spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First of all, spread the garlic cloves on a cutting board and, using a knife, lightly press the ingredient to then - easily remove the husk from it. Then - wash the garlic component under running water and wet dry with a paper kitchen towel. The processed garlic cloves are transferred to a saucer.
  2. To cook pork in a multicooker, it is best to take a whole piece of pork. I like the loin the most, as it usually comes in one rectangular piece, which is then very convenient to cut into small portions and serve. So, first wash the main ingredient under running warm water and then - spread it on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the film, veins and lard from the meat if necessary.
  3. Since we will rub the pork with spices, you must first grind and mix them. To do this, put in a blender bowl ingredients such as peeled garlic, black pepper peas, as well as measuring the required amount of spices with a teaspoon, add to the container dried basil, thyme and rosemary and finally - salt.
  4. To make it convenient to rub the pork with spices, I usually cover the kitchen table with a small sheet of food foil, as it is inconvenient for me to cook the main ingredient in a plate or bowl. So, spread the loin on a flat surface and, using a tablespoon in small portions, pour the surface of the meat with olive oil and spices on all sides. After that, clean the dressing with clean dry hands all over the meat. That's why I like to rub the pork on a flat surface, as the mixture of spices does not flow to the bottom of the container and it is easier to grate the meat. Leave the meat to soak for 1.5 hours at room temperature. At the end of the allotted time, turn on the multicooker in the "meat" mode for 20 minutes. Put the marinated meat in a container and fry on both sides for 10 minutes, while the container of the multicooker is not covered with a lid. And to turn the meat from one side to the other - we can use an ordinary fork. But that's not all! After the pork is browned on both sides, pour purified water into a container with a measuring cup and turn on the "quenching" mode for 50 minutes. Now cover the multicooker, but leave the pressure valve open.
  5. At the end of the allotted time for cooking pork in a multicooker, remove the pork from the container and transfer to a serving dish. Set the dish aside to cool to a warm state. After that, with a knife, cut the ham into portions and can be served.
  6. Well, we can treat our loved ones with such a delicious dish with vegetables and any porridge, such as corn, rice or buckwheat. For an aesthetic look, you can also sprinkle the ham with finely chopped greens.
  7. Bon appetit!
