Somehow my friends and I tried pork in Chinese. We really liked it, but, unfortunately, the portion ended quickly. Then I decided to cook it at home. She found a suitable recipe and started creating in her kitchen. It turned out exactly the same as in the restaurant. The hosts were delighted. I hasten to share the recipe of this wonderful dish with you.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take a pork neck, rinse under cold water and dry with a clean towel. The meat should be cut across the fibers into 1.5 cm slices. If you are not sure that the meat is soft enough, you can beat it with a special kitchen hammer, pre-putting on top of cling film, well, or a packing bag. If you do not have a hammer, you can beat the flat side of the knife. But for a fresh neck it is not necessary.
  2. Each piece should be cut into cubes, the thickness of which should be 1.5 cm. Prepare the marinade sauce. To do this, mix the ingredients: soy sauce, starch, ginger, a little sugar. If you have a sweet soy sauce, you do not need to add granulated sugar.
  3. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into long slices. Pour a little oil on a hot pan, spread peppers and mini carrots. Instead of mini-carrots, you can take ordinary carrots. Wash and cut it into cubes about 3-4 cm long. Fry the vegetables over high heat, stirring occasionally for no more than 3-5 minutes. Add pieces of canned pineapple to the prepared vegetables. Mix everything and remove from heat.
  4. Fry pork, like vegetables, over high heat with sauce for 10 minutes, until golden.
  5. After the pork is cooked, add the previously cooked vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and warm up a bit. That's it, our dish is ready!
  6. It is impossible to say 100% that this is a Chinese dish. But a note of Chinese tradition is present here - all the ingredients are prepared over high heat and in a short time. I advise everyone to try this wonderful dish, it is an unusual combination of meat and pineapple.
  7. Bon appetit!
