Pork in mustard with vegetables

  1. Wash and dry the meat. Rub with salt and pepper. Spread generously with mustard, place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Peel potatoes, onions, carrots and cut into thick rings. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences.
  3. Place the foil crosswise on a deep baking tray, grease the bottom of the foil with oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
  4. Lay a piece of meat on the bottom, spread vegetables on the sides, onions on top of the meat.
  5. Close the meat with vegetables with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 1 hour, then reduce the oven to 100 degrees and bake for another 1 hour.
  7. Get the meat out of the oven, let it lie for 10-15 minutes. Cut the meat to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 cm.
  8. Serve with vegetables.
